Here it comes in 0.6 oz packages AND I don&#039;t know if I can easily find it here (we live in Toronto).  Is it possible to replace it with active dry yeast and if so how much?
I really appreciate your input with this.  I have printed out the recipe and am ready to get the sponge going tonight!
